Handmade Lapis Lazuli Turquoise and Coral Om Mani Padme Hum Pendant

This listing is for a lapis, coral and turquoise pendant with the Buddha of Compassion mantra (om mani padme hum) on the outside and Buddha eyes in the center. The script is the mantra of Avalokteshwara, the Buddha of compassion, and it translates to "hail to the jewel in the lotus". Mani means jewel and pema means lotus. OM includes three syllables, AH, O and MA. OM can also be used as a blessing, OM AH HUM. Many Tibetan people use the powerful mantra OM AH HUM to bless food, animals, the earth, etc. Buddha eyes are a symbol of wisdom in Tibetan Buddhism.This pendant measures approximately 1.5 inches.
