OUR STORY

Diamond Treats started life as a jewellery shop on East London’s renowned Green Street. Opened in 1982 by Nalini Pala, it was born out of a young woman’s passion and long-established family heritage in the jewellery trade. At just 24, Nalini Pala opened the doors of her first shop. Customers soon noticed Nalini’s unique designs and began to flock to her small shop. Her motto was simple: beautiful jewellery, exceptional service, and competitive prices.

  • What are these pendant necklaces made of?

These elegant pendant necklaces are crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver, meaning they contain 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals for added durability.

  • What is gold plating, and why is it important?

Gold plating is a thin layer of gold applied to the sterling silver base. This plating enhances the beauty of the necklace while adding a layer of protection against tarnishing and everyday wear.

  • What kind of stones are set in these pendants?

These pendants are adorned with sparkly cubic zirconia stones, available in both clear and colored options. Cubic zirconia is a brilliant stone that offers exceptional clarity and sparkle, adding elegance to any outfit.

  • Are the cubic zirconia stones securely set?

Yes, the cubic zirconia stones are expertly set to ensure they stay securely in place. The settings are carefully crafted for durability while maintaining a refined, polished look.

  • Will these necklaces tarnish over time?

No, they won’t! The 925 sterling silver is plated with gold, which helps protect the necklaces from tarnishing. With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its shine and beauty for years to come.

  • Are these necklaces safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely! 925 sterling silver is hypoallergenic and safe for most people with sensitive skin. The gold plating adds an extra layer of protection, making these necklaces a great choice for those with skin sensitivities.

  • Can I adjust the length of the chain?

Yes! The necklaces come with an 18-inch chain that includes extra links at 16 inches and 17 inches, allowing you to adjust the length to your preference. You can wear it shorter or longer to complement different necklines and styles.

  • How do I care for my necklace?

Store it in a dry place when not in use, and gently wipe it with a soft cloth to remove oils and dirt. For a deeper clean, use mild soapy water and a soft toothbrush to clean behind the stones. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals or perfumes.

  • Do the pendants come in different designs or colors?

Yes! These pendant necklaces are available in various designs and shapes, with a choice of clear or colored cubic zirconia stones, allowing you to find the perfect match for your personal style.
